Nina Strickland

Children’s Ministries Support

Nina was born and raised in Grand Island and married her husband, Dick, shortly after graduating. She later attended Mid-Plains Community College while living in North Platte. Nina has worked in banking, bookkeeping, accounting, dry cleaning, alterations, and ran a business from home, but her favorite job was being a full-time mom to her daughters.

Nina joined the staff at GI Free in 2003 and moved to Children’s Ministries after her husband went to be with the Lord. She has two daughters, a son-in-law, two adorable granddaughters and one adorable grandson. She loves being a part of all the behind the scenes work to help lead children to Jesus and enable them to become fully devoted followers of his.
