We believe that serving is at the heart of what it means to be a Christ-follower. Jesus Himself stated that He

“…did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.” (Mark 10:45).

Serving not only helps us with God’s mission, but also helps spiritually to form us to be more like Jesus.

We believe in two ways to serve; inside the walls of GI Free and outside those walls, in our community and globally. Globally, we want to help people know who Jesus is and how to follow Him. We do this through financial support with global partnerships already in the mission field, as well as sending people from our own body into the mission field. Zambia: Willie Hunter is a regional representative for Gospelink. Dr. Marjie Heier and Kristy Johnson serve at Gospelink’s Zambian medical clinic located at the International Bible College. Mike & Dee Miller also serve at the International Bible College.

Germany: TeachBeyond in Germany – Bob and DeEtta Janz minister with TeachBeyond putting on evangelistic crusades

Japan: Church planters – Mark and Athlee Bowman are church planters in Japan.

Russia: Russian Distance Learning – Funds help produce DVD’s of pastoral classes that are sent out to Russian-speaking people

Kursk: Trinity Equipping Center – Lois McNeill works with Trinity Equipping Center. TEC equips church pastors for church planting in Russia and expanding the Trinity Video Seminary program
