Dawn grew up on her family’s north central Nebraska farm/ranch as the literal daughter of a shepherd. She came to saving faith in the Lord as a young girl, due in part to her involvement in children’s ministries. She’s a graduate of UN-L and worked in agricultural marketing and public relations until her oldest child was born. After 10 years as a full-time stay-at-home mom, she joined the staff team at GI Free and has been serving here for nearly ten years. She is wife to William and mom to UN-L student, Andrew, and high schoolers Lauren and Aidan.

Hobbies:

Sitting on bleachers and in auditoriums supporting her children in their educational, athletic and arts-related endeavors. She also enjoys cooking, cycling, hiking, and supporting the Huskers, and dreams of having time to read and travel.
